All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. Step OneAdd any product to your basket, enter your billing address details and if you are having it delivered to a different address choose different delivery address and enter the delivery address, then press submit.
Step TwoYou will then have the choice of which payment option you would like to choose from, you can choose from Mastercard, VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Maestro, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, SOFORT, Dotpay, iDEAL and Nordea. Click on your preferred payment option.
Step ThreeYou will then be on the payment option of your choice and you enter your payment details, if you have chosen Visa or Mastercard you will be prompted for 3D secure which are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers. You will need to pass this check for your order to be completed. Once you have entered your details press submit and you will receive an answer immediately from your payment provider whether your order has been accepted or refused.

How Long After My Payment is the Order sent?

We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment as long as the product shows in stock at the time of placing your order, the dispatch of the order depends on the successful payment, most payments give you an answer immediately, but see our handy table below to give you a better understanding.

Why has my order declined?

There could be a number of reasons your order declined and it is vary rarely down to the amount of money you have available to spend. It could be down to security, for example not part of your normal spending pattern or could be a transaction limit, whereby people have a limit per transaction, for example of €1000 per transaction but they are not aware of this. Webtronic can tell you why it declined but cannot solve the problem, you must contact your payment provider or card issue to solve the problem.
What is 3D Secure?

3D secure are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers. Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way. The authentication works by using passwords which are set up by you to protect you when you shop online. Many customers register their payment authentication with their card issuer. However, if you have not registered your card, you can register during the transaction. You should enter your card details and set a password in the secure window. Once you have registered your card, when you shop online in the future you will only have to enter your password.
What will happen after my order is successful?

You will receive an order confirmation, you will then within the next 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) receive a shipping email with the details of your shipment and when you can expect to receive your order. Your order will then be delivered according to those dates.
Why is my bank not listed on the bank payment options?

On Sofort, iDeal and Trustly you will only see the banks that work with these systems, we cannot influence or change these banks and the banks listed are the only banks you can choose from.
