How To Place An Order

  • Do you price match?
    We check prices everyday all over Europe, we pricematch against any European retailer, for full price match conditions please view the pricematch page here:
     
  • Do you offer discount codes?
    We believe in offering discounted prices all year round and all the time, therefore we don’t offer discount codes as we are already discounted. Be aware of discount code websites offering fake coupons and codes, they are simply trying to gain your traffic as a user and these codes will not work on our website.
  • Can I pay on finance?
    We do not offer finance, if you want to finance a purchase it would be best to speak to your bank who could offer you better rates than any finance company through a retail website.
  • The product is out of stock, when will it be back?
    If we have a delivery date we will post it on the website, if you would like us to give you a guide date then we can provide this and please contact us via email or live chat. You can still place an order on the website for products out of stock in case they are newly launched products and supply is limited.

After Placing Your Order

  • What is my delivery time?
    Delivery is 3-5 working days depending on your location, for more information please see the delivery page here:
     
  • Is my parcel insured in case of missing or damage?
    Yes all parcels are insured for missing or damage however we pack parcels so they cannot be damaged in transit, should the rarity happen where the parcel is missing we will of course send you a replacement.
  • I’ve change my mind and want to cancel the order. How can I do this?
    You can cancel your order and receive a refund if the parcel has not been sent. If the parcel has been sent we will attempt to recall the parcel so you can receive a refund, if unsuccessful you are welcome to return for a refund.
  • I’ve change my mind and want to change to a different product. How can I do this?
    You can change to a different product if the parcel has not been sent. If the parcel has been sent we will attempt to recall the parcel so you can change to another product, if unsuccessful you are welcome to return for an exchange.

After You Have Received Your Order

  • I need a copy of my invoice. How can I get one?
    If you are missing your invoice then please contact us and we will send you an invoice by email.
  • My product is faulty, what should I do?
    If your product is faulty please contact us, if it is inside 14 days you are due a replacement, if after this period you will due a repair for up to 3 years after the purchase. For more information please see the aftercare page here:
