Set Is Mode menu in Shooting Menu to Continuous or Shooting Only. (IS Mode menu) Continuous : Image Stabilization always works. Shooting Only: Image Stabilization enabled. only when the shutter button pressed halfway or the shutter is released. OFF: Image Stabilization off. Recommended when using a tripod. Enabled Is Mode menu varies depending on a camera or shooting mode setup. Is Mode menu cannot be set up in case an attached lens doesn't have Image Stabilization function.
